Yes. Apipay mPOS can be paired with any device or software that integrates with the Apipay system.
The Apipay mPOS device and the Apipay mobile application work with mobile devices with Android version 6.0 or higher.
The Apipay application can be downloaded for free from the Google Play app store.
To log into the Apipay mobile application, you need to use your login and password. The login is the e-mail address provided during registration. During registration, the user receives a temporary password by e-mail - you can use it to log in, although we recommend changing the temporary password to your own, known only to the user.

To change the temporary password to your own, log in to the Apipay Portal using the temporary password at www.portal.Apipay.pl. After logging in, the System will suggest changing the password to its own. To do this, enter a temporary password and enter a new password that is known only to you.

At Apipay, the limit for contactless transactions that do not require approval with a PIN code is PLN 100.
The limit for contactless payments that do not require a PIN code was increased to PLN 100 on March 24, 2020. Users who started accepting Apipay payments before this date should activate the new option in their Apipay app. Users who start accepting payments with Apipay after this date have an active higher limit for payments without a PIN.
To enable the acceptance of payments without a PIN up to PLN 100, log in to the Apipay application on your smartphone and perform one of the following two steps: 1. On the main screen of the Apipay application, select the Settings button, and then on the screen with a list of paired terminals, press the button to refresh configuration (circular bubble); 2. On the main screen of the Apipay application, select the Settings button and then pair your Apipay mPOS terminal with the Apipay application on your smartphone again.
Apipay is a one-time purchase without no monthly subscriptionas for accepting electronic payments. After purchasing the Apipay mPOS device, the user only pays a small commission on the accepted payments. The commission is max. 1.49% on the transaction. The pricelist cost of the Apipay mPOS device is PLN 199 net, but we are planning various promotions, under which mPOS can be purchased at a lower price. We encourage you to follow information on our website.
Our rule is D + 1, which means that the money will be credited to your account by the end of the business day following the day of the transaction.
All you need to get started is Apipay mPOS and a smartphone or tablet. After signing the agreement with Apipay and another one with the Acquirer, download the Apipay application to your Android mobile device from the Google Play store. After installing the application, pair it with the purchased Apipay mPOS device via Bluetooth. You can start accepting electronic payments.

Yes. Apipay mPOS is PCI DSS certified and meets all the legally required security standards of VISA and MasterCard payment organizations. The data of each transaction is encrypted and stored in a secure environment compliant with PCI standards.

Return and cancellation - make sure you can cancel the transaction, e.g. due to a mistake or in the event of the Customer's resignation from the purchased goods. DCC - allow foreign customers to pay by card in their home currency. Pre-authorization - protect yourself in the event of booking cancellation by blocking the amount on the customer's payment card. MOTO (Mail Order Telephone Order) - accept card payments without the physical presence of the card. Merchant portal - enjoy free access to data of transactions made on your Apipay mPOS device.
